Correlation between old forum and new one

I have a list of about maybe around 40-50 forum articles I kept for reference, kind of like my own DJ Bible so to speak. I tracked them not by title but by URL. For instance,

http://www.sosuave.com/ubb/Forum6/HTML/001557.html

So now I have 2 questions:

1. How much longer will I still be able to access these articles on the old UBB system by typing in the URL?

2. Is there a way to correlate article ID's between the old and new bulletin boards? For instance, the above article had an ID of 001557. What would that be on this new board? This is important because any updates to articles I've tracked on the old board will be posted only on this new one (or so I presume).

Sorry, but you can't transform an old style link to the new one. You must search for the thread you like by the "Search" option or manualy.

Also, you don't have to add any thread to you "Favourites" list, you can subscribe them, and then you'll have links to them in your Control Panel.

So then what about my first question, how long will the old posts still be available (not counting the ones that are part of the DJ Bible)?

I would really like the opportunity to d/l them before they are all deleted.
