I was wondering if there any ways to boost Core Confidence.

There were times where my Situational Confidence was in really good conditiion... I was killing it.. And I enjoyed it. I quickly realised it came from the wide social acceptance, so when I left that place, and dealt only with sh*t people, I was then dependant on my core confidence, which was not as strong, so I quickly lost all my confidence and became that numb, empty, indecisive, not smiling guy.


seriously the difference is very big. So what are the ways I can boost my core?
