I’ve been here only a few weeks and I haven’t read much coping. I won’t use it even when I see it considering I have sympathy for womanless men, incels. I believe inceldom can be one of the most difficult and infuriating conditions for a man to deal with, like low-level insanity.

Sorry bro, I didnt properly explain myself. I was not saying that actual coping isnt happening. I was just thinking out loud that I keep seeing the word "cope" left and right and maybe sometimes its being abused or miss used.

Hypothetical example: A "younger" member says that believing that young hot girls like older men is a "cope". An "older" member says those young members are "coping" themselves for saying that. They cant both be right, can they?

Concur entirely with @Pierce.Manhammer on this. I am a bit of a grammar snob as well so I am aware of both the definitions and connotations of words I select. I’ve used the term on occasion…occasions where it happens to be the accurate descriptor.

I prefer to quote someone like that and use "[sic]", which is a way to mention that the original text grammar is off but without being a snob.

It's not a mistake, it's foreign influence, they call it subversion, I've posted this video before but it's worth posting and watching if you want your mind totally blown by this prophetic presentation from the 1980s, I remember watching this in grade school and scoffing at the absurdity of it all.
