It's similar to a faux hawk, the top is angled towards the center.

Take pomade or wax, a lot of pomade or wax, and rub it along your fingers until the product is smoothed over your fingers and there's no lumps. Run it back and forth through your hair. If you have fine, thin, white guy hair, the style should come natural. Perfect the style with your fingers, than push down the sides.
