Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Knowing that your good at something and looking back on a great achievement.
2 other good things for the old confidence are Not careing what other people think of you, when you think like this, its hard for people to knock you down.
And, when you have a story about something or news about something, dont tell anyone. Its your little secret and you can laugh at them not knowing.

Your right to think that Jay X, its just that i heard quite a few people saying that it works for them.
You dont have to keep everthing to yourself, just some things. Kind of like the attitude I dont have anything to prove to you.
