"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I'm a newbie in this forums and i have a question.

Lately i've built up my confidence quite a bit with great help from this site and i've been easily able to talk to girls. there's this girl i met on the track team that i think i like, and we always exchange playful insults. today i approached her with a bunch of people (which i never do, i don't know what i was thinking) and i just froze. i did not know what to say. usually i would say something funny or at least interesting. a male friend then came up and started whispering to me, which they found it awkward (damn him for his bad timing) and they started whispering to each other also laughing.

so my question is.. what the heck happened?? did my self-esteem just go from the height of the mountains to the depths of the ocean??? (drop) in 2 seconds. umm if more info is needed to help anyone reply i'll supply, just ask

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I think it's normal man.We all make mistakes. You just havent got enough self-confidence.I mean you have to FEEL that confidence, but not to learn it.
Practice more. You can escape from this situations only bu humour...if you take it serious the other will take it in that way too and they will laugh at you.
It's not that important to be cool, but calm in those situations.I am sure that will never happen again if you become really confident in yourself.

I will share my own experiense beacuse i had almost the same problem(i think i have it even now)If your mouth cant talk, your body can.A hug or a smile means sometimes much more than a hundred words. Just assess the situation
