A little tip for the guys who are down out there right now...cofidence doesnt just happen in one moment this isnt a movie. But once you get just a little bit of the "juice" you can fill up ur 50 gallon barrell fast.
Start with something you know you can handle..then work from there..but dont let the momentum stop. Take your Reset button out..and keep the power on at all times.
think of it as a video game..your on level 1...you have unlimited lives..but you cant turn it off until youve reached the peak.
talk to one girl..once you succedd..dont stop dont hedge..DONT DO A DAMN THING BEFORE DOUBT CREEPS IN. go talk to another women..go try a move in one of the sports you play your afraid to.
do whatever you have to do to keep the ball rollin...until youve mastered the GAME!
