Almost every female wants a guy with confidence. Which comes first Confidence or Success? Confidence is knowing what to do in a situation. Studying and picking up certaing ideas gave me confidence so that when a girl asked me what i did for a living or what kind of a car I drive, I knew how to respond. The more you know what girls are doing, the easier it makes it to respond and improvise. When you know whats going on, you're not clueless. Cuz clueless people dont have confidence, they have big egos.

I've been reading and implementing quite a bit of Jungian psychology / Morita therapy and, to some extent, the Dr. Paul MIND OS material. Which in combination with daily yoga and gym work has really helped to reshape my outlook on life and internal processes.

You can trick yourself into confidence, or well just unlock the confidence you already have, its just about find the right key to the door.
Il explain from a real life situation i had not only a few days ago.
Im a confident bloke in real life, fine at doing presentations to lots of people, but going into a crowd of girls would just make me crawl inside myself.
I went out with some people who are afc's and im not, but because i had to keep up appreances, i just headed into a bunch of girls and just introduced myself, and had a nice chat, was doing this alnight, getting the afcs into the convos, to making me look even better. Was amazing night. I now am trying to just use this as a fuel, because if i can do it then, why cant i do it anytime.
If i have opened the floodgates and now dont have a physcological lock on my mental door, then wooo, sorted.

I find the best way is to do something which you are good at. I am a fairly good tennis player. I will play some tennis to get my confidence up. Do whatever makes you feel good about yourself. This will improve all of your social interactions, simply because you are happier with who you are, rather than asking "what is everyone thinking of me?"
