"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I'm going to get tickets for the Yellowcard concert to be held a week from tomorrow (monday). I plan to get 4 tickets, of which buddy is taking 2 for himself and his date. That leaves me with one and one extra. The girl I like, I'm debating on how to ask her to it. I know that if I can't get her to go, I have a backup friend, but I really want my girl--friend to come.

What I was thinking was since I arrive at lunch and she'll be in the cafe, that I sneak up behind her, throw my arms around her and ask her if she'd want to talk privately (not in exact words). If she declines that, I'll wink and strongly suggest that she'd come over. Once that happens, I ask her if she's been to a live concert before (which she shouldn't have). I then ask her:

"Do you want to see one?"
---> 'yes'
"Ok, meet me xyzza at 23907"

What I'm hoping is that she remains slightly out of the loop with the radio blasting out YELLOWCARD TICKETS and stuff...so that when I take her to it that monday, she'll be like..WOW.

Does anyone see a better method of this, because I'm getting the tickets tomorrowish and I'm asking her tomorrow. Last comment to be considered will be ~1100am tomorrow (Monday)

(and yes..i have a backup that for sure will go with me, but I want gfish to come)

note 1: I know that there's a week before the concert, so if she blows me off..i know what she feels.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

i dont recommend going if you dont like theyr music.... cuddling at couch is much better than a loud concert IF you dont like it... think about it. the choice is yours

I actually like their music, thank you.

- Again, I like the music.
- I agree, cuddling IS a good way to spend time, but I do not have that luxury with her.
- Once again, what do you think on my approach that I wrote down.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I totally understand how important the asking has to look, I can't be like 'uh..err....would you...desire to umm....come to the.......Yellowc..Yellowcard concert.....mo...moo....mmmm...monnddd..ay?'

ahahaha. I have a confidence level, i'm not a retard.

oh oh is it good enaugh
I suggest you read what I have said. Not once have I suggested that my own idea is crap. if you read the closest thing to that...
Does anyone see a better method of this
...I am meerly asking for a second opinion, not refuting my own idea.

Just ask straight out. No silly fluff. She either wants to go or doesn't and you dancing around touching her and sh1t won't make it more likely for her to agree.

You: "a few of us are going to see yellowcard on __day. I have an extra ticket and thought you'd want to tag along."

Possible responses

1.
Her: "ok"
You: ...give arrangements of how you're getting there.

2.
Her: "no"
You: "alright i'll ask my other friend"

3.
Her: some bull**** like "i don't like them" instead of just a clear answer.
You: "ok bye"

You don't need anything special. Just don't beg or act like you care if she says yes too much.

I'd ask her on a different date. I don't understand why you have to go to this concert with her, rather than anything else.

Concerts are a bad first date*. They are PASSIVE, rather than ACTIVE. And you want active.

I'd ask her on a date (the Bible tells you the best way to do this), then during that date if you're getting on fine, near the end, mention that you have a spare concert ticket and wondered if she wanted to come.

*Reasons why:

- Passive not an ACTION DATE
- Expensive for a first date
- If its a bad date it'll spoil the memory of the concert
- You'll be thinking about her rather than concentrating on the music
- Loads of other things that I've probably missed. In general, bad idea.

Note that I said FIRST date. Nothing wrong with later in the relationship, but not as a first date.

Hope this helps.
