Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

If you have a 4 inch blade knife inside your back pack, is it considered a concealed weapon? How about a full length hunting knife?

Also, what if you carry a first aid kit on your bike that includes a rasor?

Most state consider a FIXED blade knife a weapon.
In most states you need a concealed weapons permit to carry a FIXED blade knife on you concealed.
A folding knife whether tactical or not, will only become a weapon in the eyes of the law if the blade IS longer than 4 inches.

Thus, folding knife, tactical or not, no longer than 4 inch blade is not subject to scrutiny legally, meaning, you can't be charged with a crime for carrying it.

Fixed blade knives, and folders and fixed blades that are longer than 4 inches, are subject to scrutiny under concealed weapons laws.

We in the same state.

But I'm just as confused as before reading your response. Here is my scenario. I ride a bike (think pedaling), a back pack with a 4 inch blade knife in it. Then an army IFAK medical pack mounted on my bike, it has a medical scalpel inside, and two pairs of scissors.

I want 0 trouble from the law. In case of search can I get in a lot of trouble?

In Tennessee, there's no such thing as a "concealed weapon." It's illegal to carry a loaded handgun without a handgun permit, but it doesn't matter whether it's concealed or not.
