Complicated thing with a younger girl

Hey,
For the record, im 19 and in the army currently (Israeli, must serve 3 years) and she's seventeen.

So i met this girl by working at this wedding hall we both were waitering at. Im a nice guy honeslty, so we got friendly pretty quick and we were texting very often. Along that time she hooked up with an old friend of mine who's quite a jerk and i tried warning her and not telling her specifically to get off from him, eventually they broke up. It was really short. I was in great relations with her and it was always funny and i thought she liked me but it was awkward for me to try make a move like a kiss and figure out whats going on but since i recruited i began seeing her less and less and weve been talking less.
I go out with her when we can, weve been saying things like i miss you and kind of things but i cant figure wheter she may want me or just as a friend. Its annoying me to feel stuck like that, should i just try kiss her and what ever happens happens or should i try talk about us with her? I thought that since we wont see eachother at work or somewhere unless we schedule then i shouldnt care if it it goes to hell when i try to kiss her, what do you think? Did i miss my shot?

No don't talk with words at all, talk with action!. Build it up at first. Touch her more often (kino), tease her, make her get used to your touch. The next step is isolating her, grabb her hand when your walking out of work without hesitation and pull her towards you. Pull over to her neck kiss her cheek and go for the kiss, it's so easy. That's the only way to find out where shes standing by making a move like a man! Never talk about feelings or 'us' (there is no 'us' yet, it will freak her out) especially before you even made out or anything, bad bad move.

If somehow she doesnt want to kiss you, pull it off like it didnt happen, talk about something else and forget about it. You can try another time but I bet she will kiss you back if she's showing interest!

And for the conflict its ****ed up because the palestinian majority and leadership are into killing the jewish people and not make peace with them, if they had the same goal it would be over long ago

The Jewish people are the ones that take Palestinian land by building houses on the Westbank and Ghaza. They humiliate the Palestinians and Palestina can't even do business or move free true their own land due boundaries set by the Israeli government.

But this isn't the place for such discussions let's end it here.
