No sir.
Grown people don't need to be scolded. If they treat you disrespectful, if they are selfish and treat you with disregard, they are simply not worth your time. Your worth is valuable and if they can't see it, next!

I don't even scold my kids, much less scold my women. I don't treat my loved ones like they're naughty children.

Unless I'm roleplaying.

Criticize, disapprove, pick your favorite term. The degree is relative to how much anger is behind it. I don't get hung up on semantics.

Correct, but since we need to mold and shape a woman too, a bit of scolding is necessary.
That doesn't mean she's eligible to disrespect you.

In Italy we say something like doing "ramanzina" or "cazziare"

This is subtle!
For example, your LTR has gained weight. How do you let her know? Indirectly? Directly?

If there are issues, we talk about it. If talking about is impossible, the relationship isn't worth keeping.

80% of times it will be impossible.
Also, you can see many people in LTR with kids, married or not, which talking is not possible.
There is a human on the other side too, and not a simple one, because women also have drastic mood changes.
And what do you mean by "talking", since women want you to "open up" to them. But that it's dangerous zone
