1) Buying a house for the wrong reasons.

Plenty just think about the mortgage interest deduction lol. Taking out a mortgage just to get an interest deduction is like starting a diet just you can have a weekly "cheat meal" of pizza guilt-free lol.

Or a couple choosing how much house they can afford based on two incomes. Shouldn't it be conservatively based on one income in case somebody gets sick or laid off?

2) Getting degrees for education benefits only

Not sure exactly what you are getting at here.

3) women

If we took the time to REALLY think about what men do for vag, we would all face-palm.

4) Rejecting the idea of leasing a car

I'm actually anti-lease. I understand that buying is not a good investment, but I don't have to be afraid to put a few dings on the car or rack up excessive mileage. I buy pre-owned and run it into the ground mileage-wise.

5) Buying something off of credit in hoping to improve your credit score

Like applying for a store credit card just to save 20 percent on a purchase. The customer isn't thinking about the hard pull credit inquiry which can cost you at least 5 points off your score for the next year or two.

6) Getting married based off love

It's usually based on lust. Then you better have love later when the sex stops after the honeymoon.

7) Having children because you want to be moral(not having abortion, want to populate the earth, and etc)
I don't have kids. No opinion on that one. See above for others.
