"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

This has really knocked me sideways.Had real bad oneitis about 6 months ago. I knew I had it and was able to get away from her. Her flirting and kino drove me mad but I stuck to the rules, remained aloof, did nt give in to her attention seeking and ignored her stories about her boyfriend. She possibly thought I liked her as you cant hide it all but she was left wondering when I decided I had to get away from her while my pride and mind was still intact.Although I felt she liked me in some way because I was able to stand up to her and we had some intimate kino, she would never go that extra yard for me and I assumed she was just attention seeking and not interested at all.
I saw her a few weeks after this in a group n she was very friendly but annoyed 2 of my girl mates who *****ed about her hogging my attention.I stuck to my plan of keeping away from her and several months pass and I've had no contact at all with her and I homnestly thought I was over her as I'd not even thought about her.
The right out of the blue I get a call from her asking if I want to go out for a drink with a group of mutual friends.I gave a mixed answer of I'll consider but I might be busy. She then spends the rest of the day sending e mails from her work to mine asking stuff like do I miss her, what did I miss about her and she genuinely made me laugh. She gave loads of reasons why I must go out socialising with her.
Now I really thought I'd moved on from this but all its took was this little contact and I'm hooked again. Is there anywa to overcome this and really move on and why has this girl suddenly decided after all these months to start these games agan.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Yep the way you move on is find another woman. I'd just still write her off and do go out with her and friends to strengthen your skills. Have no intention of pursuing her and use her for practice for someone really good for you.

Ever heard of no contact? Well you need to abid by that rule if you want to ever move on and get girls. That means no emails, no phone calls, no hanging out and trashing anything that reminds you of her.

Its hard but outta sight, outta mind bro.

She's calling for your attention, like a cat meowing like it's crying. And once you pet the kitty and feed it, it'll disappear on you for days and days till after doing the same to another person.

Repeat, and Rinse. Many of us DJs have gone through this stupid BS.

Some of us choose the ignore route. But that isn't being a man, is it if you consider avoiding someone insignificant? The cat meows louder and louder and may even become a stalker till it gets your attention. Does she really love you? I doubt it.

Some of us choose the "hopeless hope" route. We imagine her coming back to us, and we can date and have sex and such. But that's how they hook you, like the first paragraph of this very post. She gets your attention, and then she's gone into the fog.

Some of us like me choose the "Hello from the distance" approach route. We be neutral and nice if she calls, but we don't do jack crap. And if we do get invited out, we act all neutral and the meeting is brief. The key is : Nice and Brief like fresh underwear. Yes you are giving her attention, but not the attention she really wants, you don't care because you're out spending your Friday nights dressed all snazzy talking with a hottie at house parties or bars.
