It's excellent you've got a VB now. The software is so much grander than the antiquated UBB, however you definitely need to make the best of it now you have it. Get some decent colours and a damn DJ logo (you've had "Ultimate bulletin Board" as your logo for the last few years 
). Make use of the template system and give it a unique look and feel.
