"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Whats up people!

Whats up guys im knew to the site and thought i could use some help regarding this situation. I still haven't mastered my suave and get a little nervous from time to time but ive gotten a lot better compared to myself only a year ago. Ive been eying this girl for a while and introduced myself to her earlier in the year and i complimented her eyes, figured she wasn't feeling me considering i felt like she wasn't keeping the convo so i forgot about her. After about a month she asks me if she could sit next to me because i was next to the outlet where people charge there phones. we're talking a bit and i managed to pull her number, but she also mentioned she has a boyfriend.on the way to the bus stop i noticed another girl who's in the same class and thought id get her number considering she was cute. i talk to her a bit and get her number too. ive been texting both and the one from the bus stop has been talking to me the most and i found out we have some mutual friends and shes pretty chill. but the first gives me a slutty vibe.ive already made up in my mind that i'll be sitting next to the girl i met from the bus stop, but what should i do about the other.she did give me her number and texted me without me initiating convo so she must be interested right?how should i manage the situation?i do wanna get with both...Help appreciated!thanks guys.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

You want both girls in this class? Great - that means you're a man with a healthy sex drive. *trying* to get with both probably won't work.

I'll give you an example...I was once flirting with two women at the same time (they were friends and at the bar together). Number-closed both to be polite about it. and then instead of picking one, I texted both and had sex with neither. Girls talk.

I want to have sex with every cute girl in the world, too, but you need to face reality here.

And just getting a number doesn't mean as much as you think. They flake, get bored or just want a buddy to text with. I'd say pick the one that's giving the stronger IOIs and go bold with her.

this.

I get numbers all the time - some girls put up next to no interest and I end up dating them, some put up a lot of interest and I never hear from them again. It means absolutely nothing.

don't analyze - just do.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
