"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I'm fairly new to the boards, but I've decided to lay some tips down when it comes to going out and clubbing. I've been to college for about a year, hung out with the biggest DJs on campus, and thus started becoming one.

What to Wear

For starters, take a look around when you go out to a club. Take a look around and look at the guys who ARE talking to girls. What are they wearing?

See the thing is, it's not really about what you wear, but the attitude you bring with it. I find setting yourself apart from the crowd works very well with women. If everyone is wearing a tee shirt and jeans, take it up a notch and wear something classy. A button down with black pants and black shoes will do the trick. Unbutton the first 2 top buttons and walk around like you've got something about you. You'll notice you'll be getting looks from all directions not just because you look pimped out, but because you look like you have more important things to do than sit there and get wasted.

The opposite applies in some situations. If it's a nice place where everyone's pimped out, sometimes a nice muscle tee, jeans, and some stylish sneaks (nikes make some stylish styles) might do the trick.

How to handle yourself

SMILE. Take a look around the club. Check out all the guys sitting there not talking to girls. I garuntee you one thing; They're rarely smiling! Now look at all the guys talking to girls. They're most likely smiling, showing a vast amount of facial expression. Girls want to have fun, and they sure know they aren't going to have fun with a guy sitting there with a boring face.

While it's cool to have guy friends to chill with at the club, make that sort of like your safe spot. Be adventerous and strike up conversations with ladies. If you've already set yourself apart with what you wear, and how you're handling yourself, you're bound to get some looks from girls. Find one of those girls whos looked at you and looked away real quick and make a move. Nothing fancy, just go up to her, introduce yourself and talk for a few minutes than walk away. If she's interested, she'll come back. It's a sad thing to see when a guy gets a look from a girl, only to go over and overwhelm her for 20 minutes with indept conversation. Don't act like shes doing you a favor, act like you're doing her a favor by even approaching her. Girls want a chase, not to be chased.

Laptops running out of batt, so thats all for now - I'll post more later

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
