Cold approaching here in South East Asia

I haven’t done as much approaches here as I should since I get plenty of dates from online. But I’m thinking of conducting an experiment, do you guys think I should speak English to them right off the bat with my American accent ( I’m Filipino American) or should I talk to them in Tagalog ? Which approach would seem more effective out here. By the way, I’m still dating that same girl I talked about previously, but I want to spin more plates so I don’t become a little needy.
