Just an open ended question:

What are your thoughts on dating of Co-Workers?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Dont do it unless you're gonna quit working there in a short time. If it fails and you see her alot it's gonna create alott of awkward situations for the both of you.. Of course when it's a real big company and you don't have to work with her closely I don't see any problems.

In the C-A-N-A-D-A-Eh!
I say go for it if you want... but you gotta be careful, it's easy to get nailed for sexual harassment unintentionnally (even if its rare that people actually get charged.)

Don't do it if you are the woman's superior in anyway... see above.

Whilst I know it's not what people USUALLY say on the forum...

I've done it before and it was cool !

When people are attracted to each other, all the other co-workers around notice anyway and usually think that something is going on MONTHS before you actually get together...and then when you do and you tell them, they are all "oh wow, that's so cute".

(and we split up because I left the country - no other reason!...)
:(

Do it!

Depends, if it's a big company of 50 workers..it's all good but watch it.. make sure you plan to move on to another job.

If it's a small company.. forget about it dude.. don't even pull it unless you plan to go to another job.
