This is what you should do. I saw this on a tv show, the girl has Aspergers syndrome and the roles were reversed, but still.

Guy: Are you waiting for someone?
Girl: No
Guy: Can I buy you a drink?
Girl: No
Guy: OK (guy walks away)
Girl: Hey, why did you walk away? I just didn't want a drink.
Guy: OK
Girl: Want to have sex with me? We could go back to my place.
Guy: Is this some kind of joke?
Girl: No. why you married?
Guy: No
Girl: Want to have sex, yes or no?
Guy: Yes
