Clothing Question - What does it mean to dress aggressive?

I read this somewhere where it suggests whatever your style is you should dress aggressive for that style.

Can any one help and / or give examples, cause I'm not intially sure what is meant by it.

I think, and I may be wrong, that it means dress to get attention. There are certain types of clothes you can wear that will just be screaming "LOOK AT ME" without being too weird or controversial.

I guess whatever your style is there are certain clothes in that category that make a bold statement and get noticed.
