Clothing Question - What does it mean to dress aggressive?

I read this somewhere where it suggests whatever your style is you should dress aggressive for that style.

Can any one help and / or give examples, cause I'm not intially sure what is meant by it.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

I think, and I may be wrong, that it means dress to get attention. There are certain types of clothes you can wear that will just be screaming "LOOK AT ME" without being too weird or controversial.
