Alright, so I'm going back to the employment office tomorrow. They have this section there for college kids home for the summer. When I was there the first time the girl there (maybe a 7) was smiling a lot at me. I didnt think too much of it, till after I left and my friend joked about how I should have asked her for her number.

I nearly smacked myself. I still dont think like a DJ! So when I go back to drop off my resume and some other info that they need, I'm gonna ask her.

This will be my first attempt to get a girls number, so I just wanted to see what you guys thought of my strategy.

Act like before, ask questions regarding the process, but try to be C/F if possible (i'm still working on that). Then at the end, just go "Oh, and one more thing, can I get your number?"

Or maybe I'd be better to word it so that it wasnt a question, more like "Oh, and one more thing, write your name & number down for me"

Dont ask. Tell her to give you her number. Instead of saying: Oh, and one more thing, can I get your number , say:I gotta get going now. Let me get your number we'll talk some more

Why do you think I reworded it at the end?

Not to sound like an ass or anything, its just that you (killerasp) came off as a hipocrite there.
