“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

most of my joints, knees, ankles, wrists, and shoulders make a clicking sound everytime i move them, some times they get stiff and stuck in one position for a few seconds.
i went to see the doctor about this, and got a few x-rays taken, but no problems were found, and since i am 18, the doctors (i went to more than one) told me i am fine.
i did some research online and most sites seem to suggest that a clicking joint is perfectly natrual, so i didnt worry about it

recently my shoulder began to hurt when i move it, with reduced mobility--i can no longer touch my fingertips behind my back, among others, i have had no previous injuries to the joints, and hadn't done any stressful acitivities.

any ideas?

X rays do reveal loss of synovial fluid between your joints. Did you do any vigrous sport activities like football which might have dislocated your joints? I think other tests such as NMR would reveal organic substances in the body such as fluid. Don't quote me on it. I am not sure on the right type of test.

Have you heard about glucosamine? If not, just go to any drug store and pick some up. It promotes good joint health and many bodybuilders use it because all the strains from constant lifting will take its toll on joints.

When I lifted weights over the summer I got the clicking joints thing. When I started baseball season my elbow joint began to click. But when I stopped lifting weights and throwing for few weeks it went away. So I think it's just pressure and acid that built up that's causing it.

It could be a tendon problem too.
