“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

When im doing certain weights ( usually chest or triceps) now ive noticed that when i extend my arm im getting a clicking noise coming from my elbow - it isnt really painful but i can feel it, any idea what is causing this?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

i get soemthing similar, and a pain, its called tennis elbow i think.

Basically, to do with the joint/cartilage catching or clicking i think, not really a good thing, my knees are mashed because of this.

I believe it has something to do with tendons moving around.

Yeah, this is what I heard from a sports student and a physiotherapist as well.
My right ellbow "clicks" when I do biceps curls with heavy weights. There is a tendon that flips over a bone structure.

However, you might have a different problem, who knows. If it is painful, consult a doctor.

This always happens to my left elbow when I do overhead tricep extensions. It doesn't hurt so I don't think it's really a problem.
