"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I've lurked for a while. I've made a few posts. I've implimented some of the stuff in the bible.

I took the plunge in DJ hood this week. Went on a date with a HB7 and for the first time in my life, I was more focused on what I thought of her instead of trying to get her to like me. What I found was that I wasn't all that interested.

Large confidance boost. Awakening to the prospect that it is not hard, but fun, to flirt. I'm gearing up to be a happier person.

Till I looked at my MSN, Yahoo and Myspace friend lists. Chocked full of female friends that were used to my constant advice and presence. I was attracted to most of them but never got anywhere.

So I started to cut a swath of destruction through them. DELETED. DELETED. DELETED. No warning. I just did it.

Now, I'm facing the fallout. I'm getting emails like "what is going on?" "I'm hurt that you did this" and "Are you ok?"

I need some strength boys. I want to go running back, appologizing and fold back into the warmth of familer, if frustrating, "relationships" with these women. Am I doing the right thing?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I'm assuming that you aren't close to any of these females.

So if they are just attention *****s, don't waste time on them...

One or to I was close two, which makes this hard.

I'm attracted to them and my thinking used to be "well, if I can't have a relationship, I'll settle for the emotions that come from a friendship."

The rest can go fvck themselves.

You should have thought to your self: do I wan't to be friends with this person or more. if the answer is more you should delete them if, if the answer is "just friends" you should have left them (only if you can handle being only friends with them)

Well, I just went and deleted the whole damm profile. This site talks about getting out more and not sitting infront of the computer. I agree. MySpace is a soul sucking site from the Devil. I'm free!!!

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I think what you did was a bit extreme -- you *can* be friends with females without letting them use you as an emotional tampon. By deleting them all (and without warning) you're just causing random and senseless drama.

Oh well, it's done. I suggest you make new accounts and etc. And try not to add male friends who know the purged females.
