As we know, the quality and quantity of results can vary significantly with region and location. Let's start up a list of the best cities to meet the highest quality women. I used to be able to google RooshV's location posts but those posts seem to have been hidden and archived and may not be accessible. Let's start with LA, one of the "Crown Jewels" of pickup. Let's reserve this thread for LA and start different threads for different cities.
LOS ANGELES
This is a big city so a single post can't do it justice. I'll just include some preliminary notes and the rest of you can add additional information about venues and neighborhoods you're familiar with.
General Summary:
LA is a great, great city for socializing in general. It's not quite at the level of New York City, but still ranks very high overall. The women are exceptionally friendly, eager to socialize, generally more intelligent than average, and are far more fashion conscious than average. The chances of hostile responses, being ignored, or encountering a dumb, vacuous airhead are far lower here than elsewhere. Even many of the hood chicks are fun to talk to, hang out with and date.
Attractiveness of Women:
Pretty good overall, but varies with wild swings from one neighborhood to the next. It's tough to generalize. It also depends on your taste. If you're looking for that classic blonde, beach bunny, California girl, you'll have a tougher time than you expected. They're becoming increasingly rare, not just in LA, but in San Diego as well. There are huge numbers of Persians on the westside, especially Westwood. West LA and Santa Monica draw lots of students of all races, but also wealthier white girls from the vicinity but the scene here is pretty casual. The San Fernando valley is great for gaming in a very casual way. Friendly girls who aren't dressed up. They may not be the hottest but you'll still find some girls in the 7 range who are very friendly. For the hottest girls, your best bet is still sunset strip. Angelenos are fickle, so the hotspots turn over pretty quickly.
Logistics:
Pretty f'ing bad. Traffic is a nightmare and any freeway flying, even on weekend nights, can get and remain congested for extended periods. In reality, just assume it will never let up and you won't be frustrated. If you're anywhere near downtown, there's always a dodgers game, lakers or clippers game, a concert starting or ending, a hockey game, etc.
Cost of Living:
Varies tremendously. Your car and rent will cost a fortune if you try to keep up with the joneses. However, there are still rent controlled apartments in some neighborhoods and if you have friends in the area, they might be able to land you a sweet deal. Most people buy used vehicles, which will save you a lot in most cases, but the heavy demand drives up prices.
Overall score: 8.5/10. LA may very well be one of the top if not the top city for cold approach pickup. Only NYC is clearly better.
