You'll probably have to be as old as me to figure this out. There's something a bit peculiar and not believable about this album cover.
Curious if anyone in my age range will figure it out.

Looks like a clydesdale or a plow horse, which is not ideal for pulling sleds, unless there was some huge weight on it. Sleds usually go fast, "dashing through the snow," so you would want a faster horse.

The producers and camera crew probably told him,, Hay Ray Ray, we got you a reindeer and gifts in all the
Seats, candy canes, a blow up Santa, and lights hanging on the trees. So sing Ray Ray, sing like the wind,

That was my guess. I guess the driver could have gone off to take a leak though, and said "Hey Ray, hold these reins for a minute".
