Hey guys, I'm was wondering how one would go about achieving the "chiseled jawline". Yes, I know it has to do a lot with genetics, but there are muscles there. So there must be some potential.

I've been trying a few exercises, one of which involves the chin. They seem to be having a fair effect, and noticeably different when flexed. I have a feeling like it could be all in my head though. Another thing I did was just shave my neck and around the jaw, which helps a lot if you just maintain some stubble.

Does anyone here have any tips or exercises for this? Any thoughts? We all know having a chiseled jaw is an attractive and manly characteristic.

idk how old you are but mine got a little better in my early 20s. I've looked this up before too and there isn't too much info on exercises for it. Gum maybe? Your best bet is to lose weight and boost testosterone through workouts with heavy lifting.
