“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

What are your thoughts on chiropractors? Just started going to one, the cracking your neck and spine stuff is a bit alarming...Do you think they are actually beneficial to go to , with very little risk? another thing i was thinking about...all this cracking i hope isnt speeding up ossification of my bones, which will hinder my ability, to grow any taller(even though it is a long shot anyaway)...your thoughts...

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Years ago Chiropractors were known nothing more than snake doctors full of crap but in recent years have come to be respected in their field.

I know my brother visits one on accasion and it has helped his back problems.

Like all practices word of mouth is gold. If your Chiropractor has gotten good reviews from others maybe he will help your condition.

I think its usually good, but be careful. Don't let them do your neck. I know a dude who had a stroke from having his neck cracked. It happens more often than you think too from what I've heard.

One cause of misalignment is muscle imbalances, you strong side pull your spine to that side. Chiropractor realignment may help, but what might help more is a sports massage. I heard they are painful, but really loosen up the muscles. Some chiropractors also massage.

Good chiropactors will fix your posture & work on your mobility/flexibility.

This is important. Most injuries are caused by:
1) incorrect technique
2) bad posture
3) lack of mobility & flexibility

Comparing to the average doctor, a chiropactor treats the symptoms, not the causes (by giving you anti-inflammation medication for example).

So I say yey to chiropactors.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

ART. Works very well too, I like it.

I'll add that people should take the advice that chiropractors give about post treatment therapy (exercise, stretching, et al.). So many times people need to frequent chiropractors and message therapist because they didn't follow the doctor's advice.

How does having your neck cracked lead to a blood clot that travels to your brain?

You're giving chiropractors a bad reputation.

They know what they do. I've had my neck cracked several times by chiropractors. I live.

It's an absolute YAY from me. But again, it depends on the doctor, some are good, some are bad, some a better than good.

I also want to say this about snake doctors. I have this chronic allergy, where my nose just keeps dripping and irrated. No drug can help without side effects and a lot of money. Some root dust mix sh1t I was given by a snake doctor made it all go away.

I just think about it like so, this stuff been around for at least 5,000 years, modern medicine been around for less than 200 years.

Don't trust any chiropractor (right away). I went to one that had good reviews and all, was even suggested by my doctor, and she tried to tell me my neck was all out of alignment and that it was surprising that I was even walking. That didn't help me trust her when she was gonna try something. She had x-rays from when it was really bad, from a few hours before an orthopedic doctor did some powerful massaging (it hurt) and fixed me up. I was still walking at that time though haha. He got me back on track from that torticollis, and the chiropractor tried to tell me everything was terrible. I later went to a physical therapist for recovery who was very spiritual, etc, and it helped. I only saw her once or twice and after that I kinda left her when I felt better. I feel bad but it was across town and it wasn't too convenient.

I feel completely abandoned by my doctor. Whenever I really need him, he's not there. The emergency call is terrible too.

Anyway what I'm trying to say is you just gotta find the right one. I would trust orthopedic doctors, physical therapists, and especially sports doctors (unless you're actually on their team and they try to inject with ****) before a chiropractor. The orthopedic doctor I found fixed my neck and told me what was wrong. I found him just because he was the only one there in the building where I got my x-rays taken. All the other orthos needed appointments and most weren't even there themselves.

In my experience a good chiropractor is basically a physical therapist with more knowledge about manipulation and manual techniques. Be weary of chiropractors who are quick to adjust you and tout spinal adjustments as a cure-alll. The best advice I can give you is to find a chiropractor who is knowledgable about a manual technique such as ART(Active release technique) and other physcial modalities, these are the docs that will actually be able to treat you effectively.
