That woman is exactly correct and Better Bachelor acknowledged it. In the early stages of a mating interaction, women have all the power. A woman who uses swipe apps and/or is active on Instagram has so many options at any time. Swipe apps and social media have now been around for long enough that most women under menopausal age now know that they can significantly increase the number of men chasing them by using both of them.

It's common to see a woman 32-42 years old who barely ever gets approached in real life have hundreds of men pursuing her between the swipe apps and Instagram.

A lot of women perceive tech-based methods as a great convenience. Why bother going out to a bar and interacting with men in-person when she can comfortably screen men at home without paying transportation or beauty product costs? A lot of this is solely a perception as women who arrange dates behind an electronic screen often waste years of their lives. These women have mainly "1-2 dates, no sex, no additional dates" type interactions with most men, and the occasional one night stand/situationship with top tier men. A lot of these women are actually seeking a commitment and they don't end up getting it.

It's great to have the abundance that women have (mostly supplied from tech-based methods) but a large percentage of women end up mismanaging their great abundance.

Some women will find betas to have 1-2 "Last Call" type babies and others will stay riding the penis carousel too long and never have babies. Plenty of 1984-1989 born women (35-40 year olds in 2024) are on dating apps and getting hundreds of matches while barely ever getting approached in real life. The abundance that they still get from tech-based methods defies the traditional Manosphere idea of "The Wall". There are plenty of thirsty 1980s born betas who will pursue and commit to these 1984-1989 born women.
