"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I really need your guys advice on this one. So I went on a couple dates with this chick and things seemed to be going well. After our second date, she texted me saying she had a great time etc. I replied that I was busy but would call her later in the week. I called her five days later and she didn't return my call. Then she texted me saying that she's not ignoring me but is just very busy. And I think to myself "very busy" is code for "not interested." Well a week or so later I ask her out for coffee and she agrees. Over coffee, I ask why she wouldn't return my phone call...and she flipped out on me, saying that I was over analyzing and it was stressing her out. I have never made a woman so angry after only two dates. She looked like she was going to get up and walk out on me. I tried to lighten the mood by laughing at the fact that we were having such a tense conversation after only two dates. Then she let it slip that she was mad at me for waiting five days before calling her. When we parted, she said something like stay in touch and I thought to myself: yeah right, that was so awkward, you say I stress you out, why in the world would I contact you again.

That was exactly two weeks ago and I just get a text from her: "so you're not going to talk with me anymore :("

Now I'm not sure what to do. I sort of liked this chick and we really seemed to get along...before she got all crazy on me.

Ah, the classic insecure chick. Definitely not relationship material. She's sh!t tested you several times and you haven't fallen for any of her tricks by supplicating to her. She knows you're not the typical guy to grovel for her. Keep it up. These types are only good for fvck buddies. Nothing more.

In response to her last text, I would reply with "I've been really busy. Come over so we can talk." Once she comes over, lay the seduction trap and fvck her guts out. Don't attach any emotions or feelings to her though.

I don't think you should have asked her why she didn't return your call. I think if you acted indifferent it would have spun her hamster wheel and things would have gone better.

I mostly agree with E P above but I would reply to the text by simply saying "come over" and leave off the talk it out.

It is important he says "so we can talk". Simply saying come over might trigger a huge ASD in her head unless she's absolutely DTF. The main hurdle wants to overcome is getting her through the door first. From there, it should be easy peasy.

You shouldn't of called her out. Showed you care too much; insecure. This chick is a couple of cans short of a 6-pack. I wouldn't bother with her anymore. If you get to fück her, a world of retardedness will ensue. The coffee shop theatrics will be child's play. Bang at your own risk. Keep us posted, these looney chicks are entertaining as fück.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
