I could do it too. My problem would be in having one couple take up 2 residences when one could produce rental or AirBnB income.

That makes no sense.

But then some men are dummies. I have had men try to date me with a pitch like "I have a lakehouse...." or a Ferrari or whatever. I'm always like "So."
