Pretty simple solution. If she's that into you, I would suggest having her meet you somewhere close to your place for a drink or bite to eat, whatever gets her to make that move. If she shows up, you now have her invested in that distance she already traveled. Then the ball is in your court what you want to do from there.

A hotel is an option, but if you're about saving that $$$$ there's better ways. You could tell her you know of another spot to hang out or want to go to your place or blah blah wherever, then on the way physically escalate in the car and make it seem like you're too turned on to wait to get back to your place, when in reality that option never existed. But she doesn't know that. And it's unlikely she would turn down a quickie in the car if she's already put in the time and is that turned on.

On the other hand if she flakes on you and says she can't meet in the first place, you literally lost nothing effort-wise.

Suggest something at her place and offer to bring a movie. If you don't want to let on that you live at home, lie and say your relative is visiting for a week and staying at your place, so you'd have more alone time at her place.

Chicks don't really like hotels that much for a quickie IME. The whole reserving a room and spending $75 to $200 just for sex sometimes feels calculated and tryhard to some women. If you ALREADY have a room like on vacation, that's different.

Sex in your/her car. SUV works best. Compact single-cab truck sucks, I tried it. One of her legs was on the dash, the other out the window. Awkward as a penguin enema.

Sex in the park. It's a lot more nerve-wracking than it seems, believe me. But, it can be done. Pick a very dark area. Watch out for bums/cops.

Sex at her house. The ideal situation.

Sex at a friends house. Sounds like you have good buddies already, have one hook up a room for you. Or at least a couch.

Sex in a dressing room. Victoria's Secret has large, private ones in my town. Take her there, have her try on some lingerie and pound it out. Then don't buy the lingerie and leave.
