Hi, jst wanted to know of some good body-weight exercises or at a stretch dumb-bell(I hate going to gyms) for the chest.

I was under the impression that push-ups were meant for the chest, so did them for a few months. I managed to build some muscle but only triceps and shoulder muscles. Am I doing them wrong? If so a link to a pic or video showing the correct form will be appreciated.

Also, diet
I decided to drink a lot of milk for the proteins during this time. Altho. lyk I said I deveoped a bit of muscle, I also developed a bit of a belly. So was that because of the fat? Or does excess protein get converted to fat or something like that?

In any case I've been advised off milk by my doctor, so a naturaland palatable alternative would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance, looking forward to ur advice.

Edit: Im 180cms, i.e. about 5 feet 10in. I dont know my body fat, but im on the skinnier side, I just seem to have developed a belly. I weigh 65 kgs though if that helps.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I think you're eating enough calories to gain weight but you aren't working out enough to gain muscle.

Why do you hate going to the gyms?

You can forget about trying to build a better looking chest if you're that skinny, don't want to go the gym, and keep doing only chest exercises. Take a look at the sticky thread in this forum.

Or wait till quag or D&B come by. They will give you solid advice.

You're not going to put on any kind of real mass without gym equipment. End of story.

Do you have idea of cheap a simple bench and weight set is? It's not as good a gym, but it's a massive leap over what you're planning now. Not to mention, people by the **** all the time, never use it, and are practically willing to pay you to get it out of their house. Check places like Craigs list, your paper, or people local to you on Ebay.

FYI- to this day, Arnold is still considered to have had one of the thickest chest of all time, and he always credited dips.

tough call without actually seeing you. One of the most common mistakes I see with clients is high placement of the hands usually level with their head.

At the top of the movement your hands should be aligned with your shoulders in a vertical line. At the bottom of the movement your hands should be near your chest.

You can also have the hands slight above shoulders but the one consistent is your chest and hands end up near each other at the bottom of the movement.

Experiment with the different placement
