Yo trying to bulk. What do you think of this routine.
(I've always lifted for a while, just never got into a routine, just did random exercises evry day)

4 days on 1 day off

Dead lift (til i cant go ne more)
Chest fly (50 times)
Curls (til i cant go ne more)
Arnold press (sholders) (25 times)
Calf raises evry other day (til i cant do ne more)
Bench Press (w/lightr weight til i cant do ne more)
******repeat everything again

yea and eat a lot yadayaydyayada

help me out

Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
2x5-8 dips (only add weight if you are doing >10 bodyweight dips)
What do they exactly mean by 3x5? Thansk

3 sets of 5 repetitions

ie, you squat 5 times, rest, repeat, rest, repeat


i should also add that it will GREATLY benefit you if you can find somebody to show you the exercises prescribed there.
if nothing, grab that book "Starting Strength", read it, let a friend read it, and have him check your form.

learning proper form now will keep you from injuring yourself later
