Looking for clean bulk.

Breakfast : 250ml semi skimmed milk + 40 whey protein powder

Lunch: 125gr brown rice with olive oil + 250gr chicken breast

pre-workout: bcaa+ arginine
work-out: water only

post workout: 250ml water + 50gr dextrose+40gr whey protein powder+5gr glutammine

Dinner: 300gr meat (either pork, beef, salmon according to the day)+ veggies (maize,beans,tomatoes anytime I change quantity approx 150gr)

Pre-sleep: 2 eggs when sleeping time comes more than 3 hours after dinner




On non training day no bcaa nor arginine and usually a shake with skim milk between lunch and dinner.

During meals I drink orange juice I made my self from fresh oranges, plus with lunch and dinner I take joint support and fish oil and a optimen multivitamin on breakfast.

Trying to fix the sleep pattern which is not 1.00am to 10.00am, will be 12.30am to 09.30am in few days.

Why do you eat so many meals? It has no added benefit whatsoever.
Fruit juice is generally awful. Tons of sugar with zero fibre, drinking it so many times a day will just spike insulin needlessly.
Glutamine is a pointless supp to take, but it's crazy cheap so not a big deal.
Why do you take arginine? If it's for the supposed NO increase, don't bother.
Other than all that, this looks good. High protein, moderate carbs and fat.

Well actually I'm aiming at a clean bulk, I cutted the carbs to avoid putting up fat as well while accepting that growth would be slower.

Anyway you are right, I corrected the first post and added my goal.

What are your body stats? Cutting down carbs will not prevent fat gain, the total caloric surplus will dictate whether you have a "clean" or "dirty" bulk.

If your worried about your "Abz" and not wanting to get "Fat".. Than just try to add 300-500 extra calories to your diet a day for a clean bulk. So, basically just stay away from the junk food. Unless you don't care about abs and want to get bigger, eat whatever you want.
