I cheated on my girlfriend of 11 months last night at a party and i feel like ****. i've never cheated before this and it would have stayed that way if i wasn't so drunk. ive decided not to tell my girl about this because im almost positive she'll never find out, but the whole situation is ****ing with my head and im not thinking clearly. im sure a bunch of you here have cheated before. how do you get back on top, clear your conscience, and forget?

if you really trust her, you can tell her that you cheated on her. tell her how sorry your are and that you're just trying to stay as honest as you can but it was an accident....and maybe put somethin about how much you care for her. make it sound convincing if you do this

if you dont think that will work, spend some more time with her so it helps you get your mind off the girl you cheated with

first of all if u do not want to tel her , did u take care of the trail???

Make shure that u take care of the trail, like some muttual friends and talk to them ,cuz she might have told them , then see if anyone saw u toghe5ther , and stuff like that... dont trust the ***** if she says shel never tell anyone . cuz she wil and then youl defenatly lose your girl...

cuz if u didnt then u got to tell her before she finds out from someone else.....

and if u decide to tell her , wich i think u should, just say that you were really really drunk and that you care so much for her and that other chic didnt mean anything....etc etc etc....

Yea, then tell her that you LOVE her and that you can't live without her, and are very SORRY and you will do whatever she wants. I bet she won't mind...................(i am me<----how did you become a senior?)

Thats how some of you guys think. If it's BOTHERING you should be honest and straight out with women and thats the best way to do it. If she leaves you cus of that then so what, it ain't like you're gonna be alone forever. If it doesn't bother you then you don't have to

I've decided not to tell her. I have too much **** going on in my life right now, and the last thing I need is to loose my women. She wont find out anyways, the incident happened in a different city, with people that I don't hang out with often. I'm just going to do my best to forget about it and not let it happen again. Thanks for the advice.

GOOD CHOICE. If she thinks you are cheating on her, there is a very good chance she will cheat to get you back. That's just how women are. I've done it before without any guilt. The reason is because it didn't mean anything. If she wont find out, don't tell her, and let it go.

Since I'm guessing you have been going with her for a while now, having her go along with the MLTR deal is out of the question. Maybe if you made out with this other girl earlier in your relationship you could have told your gf that she's just going to have to deal with it because you are a gift to women.

Yeah not saying anything is definetly the way to go. Honestly, my guess is that it meant nothing to you, so why should she even know. If you still want to stay with her, then there's no reason the hookup has any significance at all. When I'm at a party, what I do with girls really means nothing at all to me, there's no emotion involved for me, it's just lust if you want to give it a name. 100% physical. Just let it go.
