My opinion: A woman's faithfulness is the only thing that can keep her desirable to her husband as she degrades at a much higher rate than he does. Once that is gone, her value is that of a booty call.

I still fail to see what a man can get from a marriage which he cannot get from a LTR or even a fvck buddy relationship...I had fvck buddies which were more caring and lovely than girlfriends.

It potentially increases the risks while diminishing the gains.

Smart move by the husband, that's what I'd do if ever put in that position. Sounds like he is increasing his value and she can't stand it.

Not too honest, is she? It's abundantly clear that she has no commitment to him. Rather, she lost the initiative and surprise factor in squeezing him dry like a lemon before hitting him with divorce papers.
