"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

It was a stupid thing to do and it's not something I have done before.

Me and my long term (living together) had a little fall out and things started going bad between us, the "spark" was loose. I got super horny as there was no sex for a while, and was thinking about breaking it off. Had an easy opertunity with an old contact outside of my social circle. This contact doesn't have my real number or other means of contacting me, it was just too tempting.

I went over to her place, and she did anything my GF doesn't do for me. She was dressed in sexy lingere and has a much better figure than my GF. Blew me off with the most intense orgasm and exploded in her mouth while it really turned her on as she played with herself.

Had a night out a few days before, was chatting to other woman, all were just completely full of themselves and stuck up on their high horse in a non-lady like way. Most acting like men. It made me feel depressed realizing the number of quality woman must be very low. One came back to the hotel room with me, we were kissing and she knew I was in a relationship, but reality kicked in and I told her I better get to sleep, and she left.

Things have re-kindled with my GF as we spoke about how unhappy we have become. It came to our realization that we have simply become too complacent with each other by living together. The excitement had gone, and we got stuck in a boring routine. Although she looks fine, she feels overweight simply because the scales have gone up a few pounds. It is great to have those feelings back of looking forward to coming home from work to her. At the moment we can't keep our hands of each other.

I had doubts for a long time about my hapiness in this relationship. Cheating on her made me realize, although she's not perfect shes a hard one to come by. The cheating was exciting at first, but after the release it's true that it isn't that great and I certainly don't feel like doing it again - been there and done it.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

It'll happen again. She'll get bored, you guys will get complacent or you'll get anxious to see other women. Thats the natural cycle of monagamous relationships. Its up to you to decide if you wanna push through it, break up, cheat again, open the relationship etc.

Ok, now you've got that off your chest...

Delete this thread immediately. You do not want the risk of her possibly reading this post. There is no advantage to her finding out about this.

^^lol at cremasta..

This is something I've always battled with...
and it comes down to, if you ask me: either you stopped being the person that excited her initially (aka you stopped being interesting)
OR
Your still being amazing but the other person has started to take it for granted and is no longer trying (usually the women, but it can also be the guy)

What i find helps is just never stopping on bettering yourself, cause it makes people draw to you when they see your ambition and your self worth isnt dependent on them, also I think it lights a match under the other person making them also want to better themselves to "keep up".

But sometimes, its hard to keep things fun but thats what game is all about

Sounds like your GF is a fatty...and not much fun between the sheets either. All of this begs the question: why are you with her??

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
