"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

HI!

I've been reading around the seduction communities for a while now, and it helped me tremendously. I've seen alot of different attitudes toward me and I can't really accept it yet, but i'm trying.

Anyway, I'm a handsome guy, never really have problems with talking to people esp girls. but I only can only sparks in the beginning of the convo. Like today, i chilled with three of these girls, and yeah they all have good attitude toward me ... But i can't carry it and there are alot of silent moments ... ..

I'm the type of guy that doesn't like to talk alot. I just want to be by myself most of the time ... Even with my GF, I don't want to converse with her that much.

Being that as my weakness in the DJ field, i tend to ignore most of the convo that are easyly started... I tend to act solo and do my own stuffs -- which i pretty much prefer anyway. It's not that i don't have a social life, I DO .

Anyways, I've read alot of posts, alotta books; ESP. the "Comedy Writing Secrets", I want to be able to hold a convo in a group. Any Ideas ??

I know with these type of thigns, You have to feel like you want to talk .. else u can't really do it. Else the convo will seem dry and have no chemistry .... Anyone Had the same problem before? and Now Talkative as ever !?!?!

Sorry in advance, English is my second language. I know it's pretty much unclear and un structured.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

When you are with your bestfriend, do you guys joke around and talk alot? Or do you also have a difficult time carrying a conversation with him as well?

Yeah, just like the other poster said, "how do you act when you are around you buddies?"
Your mind set shouldn't change,
Ask questions, noun, you don't have to be "on" cause remember you are not there as the "entertainment" for the evening. Just piping in at intervals, wise cracking every now then is fine, or even making fun of them for allowing it become silent. Its in your hands, its just as equally good to sit back and listen as it is to be the one talking. I really wouldn't worry much about it and you always have to option to leave and go do something else if you just aren't "feeling it."

I'll give you some direct tips. When you are with a girl and it becomes silent, look at her and ask about the stuff she is wearing. What brand name, why she likes it, etc... girl love clothes and they will happily talk about it. Also be very well-rounded. That means read the news, magazines, and learn something new everyday, be it sports, science, hollywood news, movies, etc. The more stuff you know the more stuff you can share with them in a convo. For example, I tried to listen to all sorts of music and learn about the artists. When I meet people, I can ask what they listen to and who's their favorite, and it impress them when I know who they are and stuff. I know it's tough learning new stuff if you are not interested in them, but hey just think it's all for the ladies. ;)

Also try to throw some games into the mix. Like, when I have a conversation with a girl, I dont just sit and talk, sometimes we'll be playing pool at the same time. When I'm in a silent moment, I focus on the game until my mental block is broken. I always have something we do while we talk, even like watching tv or something, we can talk about the show or the movie.

The main idea here is look around you and be observant, you'll find something to talk about or even something to do while silent. So it's still fun.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
