I am a National level bodybuilder. I sit at around 220 8%bf these days. I was never successful financially until recently but would get women with my looks. As a guy who has been on both ends of the spectrum And gone out with a lot of beautiful women..I can honestly say that being wealthy>being jacked. I’ve never been wealthy but I’ve had my taste of money in short bursts and the confidence it gives you..not the money itself but the tools it takes to be successful will take your game to a new level.

220 8% BF is way too big for most women's taste. I'm 5'10 195 13% BF dude and most women say they would never want anybody any bigger than me. I would say 175-185 @ 9% BF is the best

Depends on his height, at 6'3-6'5, 220 is an excellent weight at 8%. At 5'10, you are correct. Although, he'll still attract hotties, he won't have mass appeal.

any 6'3 competitive decent bodybuilder is in 250 to 270 range at 8% bf

Jay cutler was 270 at 5'9 at 5% bf

220 even at 5'11 is still too big. 8% BF is very very lean and 220 at that point is a ton of muscle mass if you're not 6'5


My best friend is 5'11 193 @ 8% BF and some women have commented that he's borderline too big, his arms are ridiculous (like 17-18 inches)

I can understand this. As a person and as a man I want to be financially successful. If I wasn't, I wouldn't be meeting my goals, I'd be letting myself down.
I could see how it might affect my confidence level.
