"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hi there

im currently in NC at my ex, its very hard.
shes not at my FB friend list, also deleted her number (unfortunanely memorized in my head)
last days i thinking strongly to change my mobile number.
I think it will help me psychologically, it would make an "end" and an "restart"
I would stop thinking "when will she contact me again"...with changing my digits it will kill the hope.
this fvcking hope is withholding me.
blocking apps wouldnt help because I will have the urge to deinstall them again.
i need the drastic withdrawal.
A new number is not a big deal, I use prepaid .
My biggest fear is if i ditch the old sms/number my mind will go crazy "buy maybe she called, maybe she will call at my birtday"...and I will regret it...
and what if she will call in some months to talk to me and she cant becasue she doesnt have my new digit?
what you guys think..

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Thats really a trivial thing because at the end of the day if she wants to get hold of you she will unless you become a monk and go live up a mountain somewhere.

Better to focus in why this is effecting you so badly. Anything else is a band aid to a bullet wound.

I get your situation bro.. i did in fact change my sim card.

And its a killer thinking wether she has called or texted.. it does feel like torment sometimes..

But if she is toxic.. then you have to do everything you can to protect yourself..

Sometimes i wish maybe i should not have gone to those lengths, but i really felt no choice at the time
