Yes your face will get slimmer, more chiseled. I don't think It does anything to bone structure, If thats what you're looking for

Weight lifting DEFINITELY changes the shape of my face. I have something just short of chipmunk cheeks when I'm out of shape even though I am ultra skinny. It's awkward looking. When I lift regularly though, my face slims down and matches the rest of my body.
