I recently ran into a few brand new bottles of these. Now I know I need to take a multivitamin, so how are these vitamins for someone 18 to take? ANy side effects? I know they are meant for SILVER people :-\

They are all the same, Walgreens brand is the same stuff, 40% cheaper.

Make sure there is no iron in them, guys don't need that in a supplement and our body has no way to get rid of excess. It can lead to serious health conditions if your iron gets too high and we can get plenty from the food we eat.
