No this isnt a thread about debating the effectiveness of creatine, or side-effects or any of that. Just Straight up if you've tried both which do you prefer?? Side note im training for hockey, and ive alrdy been on cell-tech for a month and had some decent results

I ordered some No.Explode yesterday.

Does the stuff keep you amped for long? I sometimes workout when I come home from work and go to bed after that. I don't wanna be too amped to get some sleep.

Why not just Creatine Monohydrate by itself?

Its cheaper and its 100% creatine.

in an early stage of my training I was THE supp junkie, so much that I was skimping on food money so I could afford all my supplements. people asked if I rattled when I walked. my squat was below 100kg and my deadlift around 120-130kg if that.

then I used the money to buy (lots of) food instead and the result was a 150kg squat (ass to calves) and a 200kg deadlift in the matter of a few months.
