cell phone troubles does this change anything???

ok yesterday me and my girlfriend were watching a movie we were laughing,talking and doing what couples do... until i got a text from a friend (guy friend) so she asked me who text me... then i said, "my friend do u want to see" so i showed her my phone then she grabbed it, as she clicked up on my messages she seen these girls e mail addresses messages that were saved and i told her "those were old messages even before i dated you check the dates" so she did but then i noticed things turned sour the whole night she did not even want to stay up to watch the second movie does this change were our relationship stands does she think i am cheating when am i am not what should i expect and tell her did i do anything wrong???

Red flags go off all over the place if your girlfriend has such trust issues. Especially when it comes to ending a 'date' early for what you said.

However don't be so quick to jump the gun and show her your phone. When she asks who texted you say "Danny" or whatever their name is. If then she doesn't believe you, you can go on to show her.


Crappy analogy I just thought up for you.
A man is murdered, killed by several gunshot wounds. Police ask an acquaintance of the man, lets call him bill, if he knows what's happened to his friend. The police do not tell bill that his friend has been murdered, let alone that he died of gunshot wounds. Bill immediately says, "no I didn't murder him, look at my collection of guns and you'll see the type that killed my friend is not owned by me."

If your girlfriend is touchy about you talking to other girls, it's best to answer the questions she asks you, not those that she hasn't (she didn't ask to see your phone.)
