cell phone insurance

Hi so I did somethin really stupid last night I got in a fight with my girlfriend and I just snapped my cell phone in half because I told her if we kept talking that we would just keep fighting. It was a Samsung Sync from Cingular and I did have insurance.

My question is, what should I tell Cingular about why i need to put my insurance to use and replace my phone? Somehow I think "i broke it in half cuz i was mad" isnt going to be covered.

Doesn't cell phone ins. cover lost phones as well as broken phones?

Just tell them it was lost.

tell them you were out and you lost your phone...they will overnight you a new one for a $50 "deductible" which can either be paid by credit card or added to your monthly statement.
