Solomon
Master Don Juan
So, I was browsing Bumble while taking a squat and came across my buddy’s girlfriend profile, who he currently lives with.
I know the profile is still active because she recently changed her hairstyle, and the pictures are new. (He posts her on IG all the time)
I immediately took a screenshot and sent it to my buddy. His response? “Well, it could be an old profile. I mean, I met her on Bumble too.”
Mind you, they moved in together after only TWO MONTHS of dating.
Now, I’m not trying to convince him to break up with her. I simply sent him the screenshot to give him a heads-up. What he does with that information is entirely up to him.
However, you’d be surprised how many of my buddies have girlfriends who still have profiles on dating apps.
The worst situation involved my best friend’s ex-wife, who kept trying to match with me. My suspicion is that she wanted revenge sex to make him jealous. I kept blocking her because I wanted absolutely NO PARTS of that drama.
At this point, I’m starting to think I’ve stumbled into a secret witness protection program for people in relationships who still want to act single.
Anyone else ever dealt with something like this?
