I think the odds of the same color eight times in a row would be 1 in 2 to the 7th power, which is 1 in 128. The first spin does not count in the exponent, because there is nothing to be the same as. The odds of black, specifically, eight times in a row would be 1 in 256. This is assuming that the wheel is 50% red/black, which is not quite true because of double zero, but the numbers are still close.

Anything is possible, but the odds against it being legit are less than 1%.
