“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

WeLCOME TO CaRsOnS JoUrNaL

Hey guys,
I've been visiting this site for a few months now reading the DJ bible and everything trying to implement the sh1t. Lets say the DJ Bible is brilliant (well some bits of it) however i find that sometimes i'am too damn lazy and dont implement the stuff that im learning but i have improved slightly from being very introverted to a bit more outgoing. However the progress i think is too slow. This is my last year at my school im at year 11 and will be moving to a different school to do 6th form and will be leaving everyone behind. I think this is a great oppurtunity for me to improve greatly before then so i can really strike it lucky with the girls at 6th form.

This means i shouldn't give a f*ck wot these people think of me because i'am leaving them behind soon, a perfect oppurtunity to make mistakes and learn from them.

My aim is to make a High school journal detailing my progress from a nerd to a DON JUAN before i leave. By having this journal it will constantly remind me of the need to improve. Also others can learn from my mistakes and hopefully the seniors can point me in the right direction when i seem to be straying...

With your permission moderators can i do this?

I'll post my situation up on the next post and look at what i hope to achieve in the comming weeks and give myself 'missions' to do that will bring me closer to achieving my goals. Also other people can add 'missions' they think i should do to help me improve...

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

SITUATION

I've always been quite an introverted person and i hate it. I've also moved schools quite a lot not always my fault but heck.

At School A ( I was there Year 7-8)

I was with the nerds and geeks that i befriended in 'baby' school lol. Our group where labeled the geeks. It was really bad. I was always very quiet in class and never volunteered answers for questions, never got involved in class discussions i was also quite brainy. I actually did peoples work for them if they paid me. ROFL i was just a loser. However i played football with the 'cool' people and they thought i was quite good, whilst my other friends didnt play football. My best mate was one of these 'cool' people and i was finally leaving the nerd croud. I also found girls had no problems chatting me up. This really popular HB8 was like 'yeh carson is fit but he doesnt like me' this HB9 was accused of chatting me up and it was so blatent she laughed when my mate accused her of chatting me up. A lot of girls fancied me i think in looks im a 8 however personality 2 lol i was always seen as dull. Things looked good at school A but i had to leave the area...

School B ( Year 9-10)

This was a bad school. At first things looked good i was asked out a lot when i was new nearly everyday by this hb7 who had oneitis for me however i didn't take advantage and how i regret it now. My ego got the better of me and i thought my first girlfriend should be atleast HB8/9. How foolish... I was also very shy and nervous losing confidence. The lads that where assigned to 'look after me' where the opposite of this. I should have learned from them but i didn't. What a shame. I left them to hang out with some right nerds, i became a nobody got depressed tried acting 'hard' diddnt work, no girls liked me anymore, didn't talk to anyone. Got punched badly by someone oh dear I left this school with no confidence at all feeling very low...

School C ( Year 10 - Now)

This is the school im at now at first i made the same mistakes however i found this site from then. At first i was very shy and had no friends in my year and kept myself to myself. I played football with older lads to they left, thats all it came to i didnt really befriend them. No girls asked me out here because it's a very small school. However i came out of my shell i became good friends with 2 lads in my class they are really cool however they hate the others in the class. I dunno why they just do. So its mostly us and then them not much interaction occurs... my lot think there lot are retards (lmao) well they do act odd. I'm quite content with life at moment however i want to better myself because i feel there is still something inside of me that could pull me down when i leave this school. Its time to get out there and get rid of that something and change forever and become the person i want to be.

THE PERSON IAM NOW

I'am Tall, dark and handsome (ahaha)
a bit on the thin side however that doesn't bother me too much but i'll work out to change this.

I have no problem responding to when people talk to me and can keep a conversation going for a bit then i get shy.

I cant really start a conversation, i dont contribute much to group conversations. I'm considered boring by some but those that no me think i'm funny.

I like sport. I've never had a girlfriend up to this point. I've had an eye on a few at this school :)

WHO I WANT TO BE

I dont really feel too confident in myself or my abilitys. I need to speak up and not care what other people think of me. I want to have fun and become a fun person to be around. I want more friends (a bigger social circle). I want the guys to wish they where like me and the girls to wish they where with me. Hahaha. I need to speak more clearly, correct my posture.

BASICLY BECOME A MAN AND RID MYSELF OF INSECURITY'S FOREVER.

What I Intend to do

This Journal is here to inspire people to go for it and try and become the don juan they want to be. This journal is also here to help me on my path to DON JAUNDOM. If i can pull this off this will be the greatest achievment of DON JUAN HISTORY. I have been at the lowest of the low... no friends.. bily no mates dork nerd. To be labeled as a chick magnet would be awesome as i'am leaving the people behind at this school its the bets time to practise. Practise on these and then it will be easy on the people i will care about the ones at my next school.

At the end of every week i intend to detail the different material i will read to help shape my charachter then come up with missions to help implement the stuff. I also hope other senior don juans will guide me with good material and 'missions' to do.

In the middle of this every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday i will post detailed field reports so i can analyse them to see where i went wrong and what i did right.

This will be a 12 week experiment. The end result is i hope to get LAID!!!

Woooooot BRING IT ON!

Oh yeah keep the missions exciting, people got to read this lol

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
